Program Overview

The Educators in Residence (EIR) Program supports the development of best practices for teaching intellectual property in academic environments. Over the fall and spring semesters, EIRs integrate existing IP materials into their courses in a modular, adaptable way while contributing additional materials informed by their disciplines, teaching contexts, and the communities they serve. The program emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness to educator feedback, and the expansion of IP awareness beyond individual classrooms through peer engagement and institutional sharing.

Learn how the Educators in Residence Program is shaping the future of IP education and how you can be part of this evolving network of educators.
